March 10th , 11th and 12th, 2026
Oceanology 2026, London, UK
PLOATECH participated as an exhibitor at Oceanology International 2026 (March 10–12, London), the leading global conference for ocean technology and marine science. Operating from at the Future Tech Hub, the company presented its portfolio of services in underwater instrumentation and robotic payload integration, engaging with professionals from across the global marine sector, and presenting the latest developments on NEXTMARINE.
Oceanology International convened over 8,000 professionals and 500 exhibitors from 80+ countries across technical, strategic, and policy-focused sessions. The conference encompasses multiple industry sectors including offshore renewables, marine observation, maritime security, defence, and marine science, providing a primary platform for demonstrating technological capabilities to institutional and commercial stakeholders.
During the event, PLOATECH’s Business Development Manager delivered a technical presentation at the Ocean Futures Forum, addressing industry challenges and the company’s operational capabilities. The presentation provided an opportunity for the PLOATECH team to showcase Nextmarine; both the project itself and its emerging innovations; to an international audience of decision-makers and research institutions. While PLOATECH’s primary presence reflected the company’s established expertise in custom subsea solutions and demanding marine operations, the exhibition also served as an important dissemination channel for Nextmarine results and technological advances to key stakeholders.

The dual purpose of PLOATECH’s participation, maintaining visibility for the company’s core capabilities while advancing dissemination of Nextmarine innovations, demonstrates the complementary relationship between industrial operations and EU research outcomes. Engagement with conference attendees encompassed discussions of both current subsea project requirements and the potential applications of Nextmarine-developed technologies to real-world operational scenarios.
